A team has to be efficient. There is no doubt about that. But we must not forget that it is also very important that it is a team, and by this I mean that it is active, cohesive, all its members work in the same direction and, above all, that there is a good atmosphere.
This week the EYPE Annual Meeting was held, which means that all members who have had the opportunity have made time in their schedules to get together again.
In this case it was not only a meeting but also training sessions on different topics, from fundraising, to the conceptual basis of the bodies and roles within the EYP, but also future sessions (you will hear more about this later :)).
It never hurts to meet again with «the family».
